We use high-quality cardboard with a smooth matte finish that's sate, sturdy, and long-lasting
3. Do you offer different sizes or piece counts?
Yes! We currently offer multiple sizes ranging from 100 to 1000 pieces. You can choose your preferred size when customizing.
4.How do l upload my photo?
Simply click "Start customizing” choose your puzzle type, and upload your image directly from your device.
5.What kind of photo works best?
We recommend clear, high-resolution photos (at least 1500x1500px). Avoid dark,contrast images for best printing results.
6.Can l preview my puzzle before ordering?
Yes! You'll see a digital preview before finalizing your order.
7.How long does production and shipping take?
Production cycle: 5-7 business days Shipping time: approximately 10-15 business days (depending on location)
8. Do you offer international shipping?

Because each puzzle is custom-made, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
11.What should I do if my puzzle arrives damaged?
Please email Bobozzle@outlook.com a with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We'll replace it immediately.
12.Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All puzzles come in premium packaging and can be sent directly as gifts.
13.Can l send my order directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient's address during checkout - we'll handle the rest.
14.Can l reorder a previous puzzle?
Yes, we can remake any puzzle from a previous order-just email us your past order number.
