At Bobozzle, every puzzle is custom-made with love and crafted especially for you.Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind orincorrect photo uploads.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us - if your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted, ordefective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.

2.Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The puzzle or packaging is damaged during shipping.
  • The printed image is blurred, misaligned, or incorrect due to our error.
  • You received the wrong order or missing pieces.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please:Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3.Non-Returnable ltems

Because our puzzles are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect or low-quality photos uploaded by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to monitor or printing differences.
  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers beyond our control.
4.Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  1. You'll receive an email confirmation.
  2. We will either:
    Send a replacement puzzle free of charge, or Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

Check your bank account or credit card provider again.

Contact your payment company (processing times vary).

6.Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged puzzles.lf you need an exchange, please email your order number and issue details to Bobozzle@outlook.com.
